Installation, Activation
Steps to install and activate PLDA 4.0 on Windows:
- Shut down Adobe Acrobat.
- Run "plda40.exe" downloaded from www.plda.net.
- Go through the installation process.
- When running PLDA for the first time an actiovation dialog will be shown. To try PLDA click "Evaluate Now". 30 days trial period will begin. All features are fully accessible during the period. To use PLDA after the trial period, you will need to buy PLDA.
Steps to install and activate PLDA 4.0 on MAC OS X:
- Shut down Adobe Acrobat.
- Unpack and run "plda 4.mpkg.zip" downloaded from www.plda.net.
- Go through the installation process.
- A trial period of 28 days begins after installation. All features are fully accessible during the period. To use PLDA after the trial period, you will need to buy PLDA. The activation code is inserted in the dialog shown by clicking "License" menu item under "PLDA" menu.
Manual installation of PLDA 4.0 na MAC OS X:
If the installer cannot find Adobe Acrobat in default location, it is possible to install manually:

Locate in Finder /Applications/PLDA/alias/plda.acroplugin.

Right-click "plda.acroplugin" and select Copy "plda.acroplugin".

Locate Adobe Acrobat Application.

Right-click and select "Show Package Contents".

Right-click "Plug-ins" folder and select "Paste Item".

After succesfull installation symlink "plda.acroplugin" is in "Plug-ins" folder.
Steps to install and activate PLDA 3.5:
- Shut down Adobe Acrobat.
- Run "plda35.exe" downloaded from www.plda.net.
- The software is fully active for 10 days after installation. All features are fully accessible during the period. After 10 days you need to buy the software to continue using it.
How to Uninstall PLDA:
- Close Adobe Acrobat.
- PLDA 4.0 Windows: run "UninstallPLDA.exe" in folder where "plda.api" is (obvykle "C:/Program Files/Adobe/Acrobat VERSION/Acrobat/plug-ins/plda").
- PLDA 4.0 MAC OS X: delete PLDA in Applications folder.
- PLDA 3.5: run "UninstallPLDA.exe" in folder where "Acrobat.exe" is.
